- 4pm to 7pm - Early Athlete Registration
- 4:30pm to 7pm - Hangar B opens for Covered Tailgating staging
- 4:20pm - Warm Up area open for the 1 Rep Max Thruster Floater WoD
- 4:30pm to 8pm - 1 Rep Max Thruster Floater WoD is open
- ~ On Friday night Revival Lakeland will be serving up your favorite craft cocktails and beer
- ~ PDQ will be cooking fresh Chicken tenders, sandwiches and Fries
Saturday, October 19, 2019
- 7am - Athlete check-in opens
- 8am to 8:15am - Opening Ceremony
- 8:30am - 3.2.1. GO
- Noon to 12:30 - 30 minute break
- 12:30pm 3.2.1. - GO
- 6:15pm - WoDs Complete – End of Day 1
Sunday, October 20, 2019
- 7:30am to Noon - Opened - The Pure Fitness Tribe 3K Floater WoD Open
- 9am - 3.2.1 GO – The Ladder begins in Hangar A
- Noon - Close of The Pure Fitness Tribe 3K Floater WoD
- 1pm - The Throwdown, Last Hurrah, final WoD kicks off.
- 3pm - PODIUM - CLOSING CEREMONY AND FINAL FAREWELL
