Standards

 

DT:

There will be 5ft boxes taped off in each lane, for every round of DT completed the barbell must advance to the next box.

There is only one barbell per lane, you may either walk or roll your bar to the next box

There will be 3 burpee penalty for any barbell dropped from above the shoulders, you must control your barbell, lanes are tight.

For teams DT:

Athletes must  tag in and tag out. One athlete must remain behind the line at all times, while two athletes are allowed in the field of play at any time.

For the deadlift portion of the workout, all team members will advance into the field of play.
