Standards

2018 WoD 2 Dubs & Dballs –  4 Minute Up-Ladder

Double Unders – Jump rope must pass around the athletes body twice

Singles –  Jump rope must pass around the athletes body once

*athletes must provide their own jump ropes

**Scaled & beginner athletes may perform double unders but must inform their judge if they are going to do so, and MUST stick with that standard throughout the entire workout.
