The Central Florida Throwdown is a grassroots CrossFit competition held in an airplane hangar that has provided you community, fitness and fun for 5 years.

EVENT DETAILS

All divisions will compete Saturday and Sunday; everyone will complete 2 workouts plus the floater WoD on Saturday and 1 workout on Sunday. The top 10 athletes in each division will move on to a fourth and final workout to determine central Florida’s fittest.

We have released all the pre registration WoDs, the floater will be announced September 1st and the final will be announced Friday, September 15th.
